PAL provides a safe, supportive environment for our kids to grow with each stride taken in our Running Club. Running will boost a kid’s energy, self-esteem, motivation, endurance and physical capacity.
Running club is offered year-round with practices on Monday and Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m. This program is coordinated by Sergeant Skip Cox.
